Maybe we've been pursuing the wrong ambience for our meetings. Perhaps the spiritual atmosphere should be brooding rather than cheerful? I opened up the PC Study Bible and looked up the phrase in Gen 1:2 in which the Holy Spirit moved "<strong>upon the face of the waters</strong>."
